Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request cancellation be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so that we have adequate time to accommodate other patients with their imaging needs. We are more than happy to reschedule you for another date and time you find convenient; however, certain exams require pre-authorization from insurance companies and this may delay rescheduling you. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

Parking is complimentary for patients visiting VirtuScan Imaging
